Technology: The Joule Effect

Last week, in Technology, the students from the Bilingual Section studied the Joule effect: when part of the energy transported by electrons is transformed and transported into heat when the electrons crash. Vanessa, the Technology teacher, brought in a  deconstructed hair dryer so her students could see an example of where this phenomena occurs.
